• Length: 23.5 inches (90th percentile)

A wild(er) 12 hours

6 pm: Mom and Dad go to Sausalito for dinner and a night away, leaving Scotty with Abuela and several sitters

7 pm: All is quiet on Washington Street

 

7:19 pm: "Not so fast...he woke up"

7:44 pm: Melt down starts, but the magic chair calms him down

7:55 pm: Special Pediatric Nurse Katie arrives

10:00 pm: Relief pitcher, Night Nannie Julie-Ann relieves Katie

Next day

4:55 am: Feeding

7:22 am: Things are quiet and peaceful and fun with Abuela

8:24 am:

 

10:05 am: Mom and Dad show up....

2:05 pm: Scotty goes to the doc's office -- see last smile before he received two shots

 

2:15 pm: Scotty sees the needle.

4:00 pm and the rest of the day and night.... Lets just say there's some crying going on....: (

First sleep over

Scotty has packed his bag and is off to spend his first night out without Mom and Dad. 

Behind Bars

Sometimes they make me stay behind bars...

Headphones

While standing in Scotty's room, burping him, I looked out the window (something he does a lot) and noticed a woman across the way in the next building washing the dishes while wearing big bulky headphones. It seemed as if she was trying to keep out the loud noises from our apartment.
